By using RetailKit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your password. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
All prices are in PKR. Payment is due at order placement or on delivery (COD). We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery.
You may cancel before your order is confirmed. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for post-delivery options.
RetailKit must not be used for unlawful purposes. Any fraudulent activity or attempt to circumvent our systems may result in legal action and permanent account suspension.
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
